1. Q00P’s own work
The Q00P name, mascot, interface, local source code, editorial writing, and original portal artwork may not be copied or presented as another service without permission. General ideas such as a searchable game catalog are not claimed as exclusive, but Q00P does not authorize copying its distinctive expression, branding, page composition, or written content.
2. Games and third-party components
A hosted game can contain code, images, music, fonts, and other components with different owners or licenses. Before publication, Q00P records the stated source and license, keeps private evidence, checks commercial-use permission, and validates the package. Public availability elsewhere is not treated as permission to copy or rehost a game.
Attribution is displayed when a license requires it. Attribution does not replace permission, and the absence of a public attribution line does not mean Q00P claims to have created every component.
3. Information for a useful report
A rights concern should identify the protected work, the exact Q00P URL or game, the material believed to infringe, and the basis on which the sender owns or is authorized to act for the relevant rights. Include current contact details and a good-faith statement that the reported use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or applicable law.
Do not send account passwords, government identity documents, or unrelated confidential material. Q00P may ask for a limited clarification when the report does not identify the work or location well enough to investigate.
4. Review and temporary action
Q00P reviews a sufficiently detailed report against its private source, license, package, and editorial records. A game may be archived or made unavailable while a serious dispute is examined. Relevant evidence is preserved privately so removal does not erase the decision trail. The portal may also correct an attribution, source URL, or license statement when that resolves an accurate report.
5. Outcomes
Depending on the evidence, Q00P may keep the material, request additional permission, replace a component, add required attribution, or remove the game. Repeated or deliberate submission of material without adequate rights is not accepted as part of the Q00P catalog. A rejected package is not moved to the public runtime.
6. Misleading or abusive notices
Reports must be made honestly. A disagreement about score, ranking, criticism, or a game genre is not automatically a copyright claim. Q00P may decline messages that do not identify protected material, impersonate a rights holder, contain threats unrelated to the claim, or are intended to manipulate catalog competition.
7. Contact channel
Use the license or copyright option on the Contact page. Supplying the game title and exact URL helps Q00P isolate the correct package and records quickly.
