Useful game discovery without public player profiles.

1. Information Q00P records

Q00P records aggregate game-launch totals by game and calendar day. When a visitor follows a Q00P campaign link, the portal can also record aggregate campaign clicks and verified game starts. These internal aggregate records are used to understand catalog usage and distribution performance.

Q00P's permanent internal launch and campaign statistics are not intended to contain an IP address, user-agent fingerprint, advertising identifier, session ID, or individual public player profile.

Like most hosted websites, infrastructure and security providers may create temporary access or security logs containing technical information such as an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and response details. These logs may be used for operation, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and incident investigation.

2. Google Analytics 4

Q00P currently uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the public portal and to measure site performance.

Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, visit and session activity, referral source, browser and device characteristics, approximate geographic information, interaction events, and other technical information used to produce usage statistics.

Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar pseudonymous identifiers, including identifiers such as _ga, depending on browser settings, service configuration, and applicable consent requirements.

Q00P does not intend to send names, email addresses, passwords, or other information that directly identifies a visitor to Google Analytics through ordinary portal browsing.

3. Sessions and cookies

A short-lived first-party session can remember that the same game launch or campaign click was already counted during its deduplication window. After a campaign link is followed, the same session can remember that campaign long enough to attribute one verified game start, for no more than 72 hours.

Administrator sessions use first-party cookies for secure login. Q00P does not require visitors to create a public player account.

4. Messages you send

If you email or otherwise contact Q00P, we receive the address and information you choose to include. We may use it to answer the request, investigate a correction or rights claim, maintain a necessary record, protect the site, or address security and abuse.

Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment credentials, or unrelated sensitive information.

5. Service providers and external resources

Q00P may rely on hosting, security, analytics, email, content-delivery, and other technical service providers. Those providers can receive ordinary connection or technical information when their services are requested by the browser or server.

The public interface may obtain third-party resources such as Bootstrap files from jsDelivr. Game creator links, license links, source links, embedded media, or other external destinations can lead to independent services with their own privacy and storage practices.

6. Games and browser storage

Browser games may use browser capabilities needed for gameplay. Some games may save preferences, progress, scores, or other local state in browser storage when the game design requires it. Such local data can be tied to the browser and device rather than to a Q00P player account.

Clearing browser data, using private browsing, changing browsers, or changing devices can remove or make locally stored game state unavailable.

7. Advertising

Q00P is being prepared for advertising, including possible use of Google AdSense. At the time of this policy update, the public portal does not load Google AdSense advertising scripts.

If advertising technology that stores or accesses non-essential identifiers is enabled, Q00P will update the relevant disclosures and use an appropriate consent mechanism where required by applicable law.

8. Retention and disclosure

Aggregate launch, campaign-click, and attributed-start totals may be retained to understand catalog and distribution performance. Operational logs and messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose, legal obligations, security, or abuse prevention.

Q00P does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security incidents, or a valid rights claim.

9. Browser controls and privacy choices

Most browsers allow users to inspect, clear, restrict, or block cookies and site storage. Restricting essential session storage can affect deduplication, attribution, protected forms, or other portal functions.

Users may also use privacy controls provided by Google for Google Analytics and, if advertising is enabled in the future, applicable Google advertising services.

10. Children and international visitors

Q00P is a general-audience service and is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children through ordinary game browsing. A parent or guardian may contact Q00P regarding information a child may have submitted.

Visitors should use the portal in accordance with the privacy and data-protection rules that apply where they live.

11. Questions and policy changes

This policy may be updated when Q00P changes its technology, analytics, advertising, storage practices, service providers, or legal requirements. Material changes will be published here with a revised effective date.
