PRIVACY POLICY

Useful game discovery without player profiles.

This policy describes the information Q00P handles when you browse the portal, launch a game, or contact us.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Information Q00P records

Q00P records aggregate game-launch totals by game and calendar day. The permanent analytics table does not contain an IP address, user-agent, fingerprint, advertising identifier, session ID, or individual player profile.

Like most hosted websites, infrastructure providers may create temporary security and access logs containing technical details such as an IP address, request time, requested URL, and browser information. Those logs are used for operation, abuse prevention, and incident investigation rather than behavioral profiling.

2. Sessions and cookies

A short-lived first-party session can remember that the same game launch was already counted during the deduplication window. This prevents repeated button presses from inflating popularity. Administrator sessions use first-party cookies for secure login. Q00P does not require a public player account.

3. Messages you send

If you email Q00P, we receive the address and information you choose to include. We use it to answer the request, verify a correction or rights claim, maintain a necessary record, and protect the site. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information.

4. Service providers and external resources

Q00P may rely on hosting, security, email, and content-delivery providers. The public interface currently loads Bootstrap files from jsDelivr, so that provider can receive normal connection information when your browser requests those files. Source and license links can lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices.

5. Advertising

Q00P is being prepared for advertising, but this policy must be updated before any advertising technology that stores or accesses identifiers is enabled. Where required, an appropriate consent mechanism will be presented before such technology is used.

6. Retention and disclosure

Aggregate launch totals may be retained to understand catalog performance. Operational logs and messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose, legal obligations, or security. Q00P does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or needed to address fraud, abuse, security, or a valid rights claim.

7. Children and international visitors

Q00P is a general-audience service and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Visitors should use the site in accordance with the rules that apply where they live. A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child may have sent.

8. Your questions and policy changes

You may ask about a message you sent or raise another privacy concern through the contact page. Material policy changes will be published here with a revised effective date.
