Q00P · MOONFORGE COLONY TOOL
Worker–Hauler Ratio Planner
Balance lunar workers against your hauler fleet using Moonforge Colony's real worker skill, housing, cargo, speed, loading and routing rules. Route throughput is clearly marked as a derived estimate because live convoy queues and blocking are dynamic.

HOW THIS PLANNER WORKS
Exact capacity, honest route estimates
Worker housing comes directly from built Worker Hubs: each hub contributes 6 plus twice its
level, with Housing Capacity adding four more slots. Worker mining uses the game's
0.24 × skill × worker multiplier rule. New worker skill rises by 2.5 percentage
points per index until the bonus reaches 30%, so manual mode can reproduce that progression.
Hauler cargo, speed, fleet bays and the single loading-bay rate use the same formulas as Moonforge Colony. Bigger Hauler affects cargo, Faster Loading affects transfer speed, Smart Routing affects travel speed, and Automation multiplies vehicle speed and worker output.
The route model follows Moonforge's depot, junction, mine and destination waypoints and includes full-cargo loading, unloading and the mean depot rest time. It intentionally does not pretend that convoy blocking, live queues or partial-load departures can be predicted exactly. Multiple haulers can stop when another vehicle is within the blocking distance, loading uses one shared bay, and destinations have their own unload queues.
Worker unload assistance is also conditional. The game prioritizes construction, then repairs, before an eligible worker can assist a hauler. When assistance is actually active at the target, unload speed receives a 22% multiplier. The planner displays that ceiling separately rather than assuming the bonus is always active.
